Easy Pineapple Salsa

Goes well with fish, seafood, pork, or chicken.

1 cup diced fresh pineapple
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 teaspoons chopped cilantro (omitted)
2 tablespoons minced sweet red bell pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
dash salt

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Makes about 1 cup.
